mcpdl Platform Account Terms

Your mcpdl account represents your access point to our sportsbook, live-dealer tables, and slot games. When you open an account with us, you agree to the terms that follow, which outline how we handle your deposits, manage your account, settle predictions, and resolve disputes. Our terms apply equally whether you access mcpdl via Android APK, iOS browser, or desktop.

Our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your access to and use of mcpdl comply with your own jurisdiction's regulations. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online gaming, sportsbook predictions, or live-dealer gaming is prohibited by law. By opening an account, you confirm that you access mcpdl from a supported region and that use of our platform does not violate your local law.

These terms are designed to be clear and straightforward. We explain how account verification works, what happens when you deposit or withdraw, how we handle prediction settlement, and how we address disputes. Account Opening and mcpdl Verification

To open an mcpdl account, you must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid identity document. We collect this information to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and to verify that you are the legitimate account holder. Your identity document may be a national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license. We accept these documents in image form through our mobile app or website.

Once you submit your details, our verification process begins. We confirm that your identity information matches your document and that your account has not been flagged for fraud or policy violation. This process typically takes less than 24 hours. Until verification is complete, your mcpdl account may have limited functionality; you cannot withdraw funds, and you may be restricted from depositing large amounts.

We store your identity information encrypted and never share it with third parties except where required by law. Your KYC record is retained for the duration of your mcpdl account and for a period after closure, as mandated by regulatory requirements. You can request access to your stored information or request deletion by contacting our support team, subject to legal retention obligations.

Deposits and Payment Methods on mcpdl

We support eight payment methods for deposits: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you initiate a deposit on mcpdl, we display the payment details and a unique reference code. You complete the transfer in your banking or e-wallet app, and we confirm receipt once your payment provider notifies us.

Deposits via e-wallets and mobile banking typically credit within moments. Direct bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. If your deposit does not appear in your mcpdl account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference. We will investigate with your payment provider and either credit your account or confirm that the transfer failed (in which case funds are returned to your original payment source).

We do not charge deposit fees. All eight payment methods are available without additional cost to you. Your mcpdl balance updates in real time once a deposit is confirmed, and you can immediately use those funds to place predictions, join live tables, or play slots.

Withdrawals, Review, and Settlement on mcpdl

To withdraw funds from mcpdl, you initiate a withdrawal request through your account. You select your preferred payment method and specify the amount. We then review your request to verify your account status, confirm you have completed KYC verification, and check for unusual activity. This review typically takes less than 24 hours.

Once approved, we process the withdrawal to your chosen payment method. E-wallet and local payment withdrawals complete within minutes. During extended holidays—such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek—processing may take longer as banking networks reduce operations.

We do not charge withdrawal fees on mcpdl. The full amount you requested is transferred to your payment account. If we identify potential fraud or policy violation during review, we may delay or decline a withdrawal and contact you for clarification. Once a withdrawal is denied, your mcpdl balance is restored immediately.

Predictions, Settlement, and Dispute Resolution

When you place a prediction on mcpdl—whether on Liga 1, Piala AFF, live-dealer tables, or slots—you stake funds from your account balance. Your prediction is recorded with the date, time, stake amount, prediction type, and odds or payout rate. Once settled, your mcpdl balance reflects the outcome: a winning prediction adds funds; a losing prediction deducts the stake.

We settle sportsbook predictions based on official match results from the relevant league or tournament authority. We do not make predictions; settlement is determined by real-world outcomes. For live-dealer games, settlement is immediate and automatic based on the game outcome. For slots, payout is instant once the spin concludes. We never manipulate odds, freeze accounts to prevent withdrawals after winnings, or claw back funds due to prediction accuracy.

If you dispute a prediction settlement—for example, you believe a match result was recorded incorrectly or a game payout was wrong—contact our support team with your prediction ID and supporting information. We investigate and respond within 48 hours. Our decision is final unless you have evidence of a technical error or a settlement data mistake from the official source (league database, game provider, etc.).

Account Suspension and Policy Compliance

We may suspend your mcpdl account if we detect violations of our terms, including but not limited to: using the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, sharing your account credentials with others, placing predictions using stolen payment methods, engaging in fraud, or exploiting system vulnerabilities. Suspension is immediate and your account is locked.

If your account is suspended, you may not log in, place predictions, or withdraw funds. A suspended account may be reviewed and reinstated if you contact our support team, provide evidence that you were not in violation, and agree to comply with our terms going forward. If suspension is due to fraud or repeated violations, we may close your account permanently and forfeit your balance.

We reserve the right to close any mcpdl account at our discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable law. If we close your account, we issue a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method within 30 days. We will not withhold funds except where required by law or where fraud is suspected.

Note: Jurisdiction compliance is your responsibility. If you access mcpdl from a region where online gaming is prohibited, we may detect this during account review and suspend or close your account. We do not issue refunds for suspensions or closures due to jurisdictional violations.

Data Protection and Liability Limits on mcpdl

Your data on mcpdl—name, contact information, identity document, payment history, prediction history, and balance—is encrypted and stored securely. We use SSL encryption for all login sessions and payment transactions. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the incident. This includes losses due to system outages, payment provider failures, or third-party breaches (e.g., if a payment provider's system is compromised). We maintain security practices consistent with industry standards, but we cannot guarantee that breaches will never occur.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mcpdl regarding your account and use of our platform. If any term is found to be unenforceable, that term is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other terms remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction and disputes are resolved through our internal dispute process first, then through legal channels if necessary.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on mcpdl. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review our terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
